in a perfect world, all the food I would buy would not come in any packaging. However that's not realistic. As much as possible I try and get my staples from a 'scoop & fill' shop (see 'Simply Green', however when I am at the supermarket, I try my best to seek products whereby they have easily recycleable packaging (and as much as possible use sustainable ingredients). Here's some that make the grade for me.

I was very sceptical about using a shampoo bar however I was really pleasently suprised. Despite my initial mistake of trying to get a lather by just wetting the shampoo bar under the shower and rubbing g it with my hands, it's obviously much easier if you rub it straight onto your head! It lathers up really well and smells absolutely amazing!
